  • LATE ARRIVAL: Please notify us in advance if you will be arriving after 6:00 pm

  • GIFT CERTIFICATE: Please bring your gift certificate, and present it at check-in

CANCELLATIONS

We require notification 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund, less the $35 handling fee.

For group blocks we require a notification of 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund, less the $45 handling fee.

OCCUPANCY

Our cottages are designed for two adults. We can accommodate a third guest for an extra charge of $75.00+tax per night with advance notice.

  • Due to safety reasons, we only permit children 12 and over.

  • We allow dogs that are less than 40 pounds in designated cottages for an additional fee

NON-SMOKING POLICY

We are a non-smoking property. We allow smoking in two designated areas ONLY.

  • Smoking is not permitted in the cottages or on the porches.

  • THERE IS A $500 FEE FOR VIOLATING OUR POLICY.

RESERVATIONS

We require the payment for the first night’s stay at the time the reservation is made. Most major credit cards are accepted. To make a reservation by phone please call our toll free number

  • We require a two-night minimum on weekends

  • We reserve the right to change the reserved cottage to another cottage, if necessary

  • Reservations are available 24 hours every day online
