CANCELLATIONS

OCCUPANCY

Our cottages are designed for two adults. We can accommodate a third guest for an extra charge of $75.00+tax per night with advance notice.

  • We allow dogs that are less than 40 pounds in designated cottages for an additional fee of $50 per dog per night

NON-SMOKING POLICY

We are a non-smoking property. We allow smoking in two designated areas ONLY.

  • Smoking is not permitted in the cottages or on the porches.

  • THERE IS A $500 FEE FOR VIOLATING OUR POLICY.

RESERVATIONS

We require the payment for the first night’s stay at the time the reservation is made. Most major credit cards are accepted.

  • We require a two-night minimum on weekends

  • We reserve the right to change the reserved cottage to another cottage, if necessary

  • Reservations are available 24 hours every day online
